  • We will not be processing refund to any of the enrolled subscriptions, it could be 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months subscription plan: with reference to our policies.
  • Even though the repair starts from 3 days from the time the customer subscribes the plan, a refund will not be offered.
Hence, once the payment is processed, the subscribed customer cannot pitch for a refund.
We will also not be processing refund for cancellation requests outlined below
  • Services booked on-demand
  • Subscribed user booking and requiring/requesting cancellation; in such case one of the allocated services will be deducted.
